you should be able to go online at your county recorder and order copies online. In fact you can see the list of documents under your name and the dates recorded . i know here in Riv. county, I can see all documents ever recorded, including leins against my prior properties, you can order, put it in a shopping cart and pay at checkout

albacore, lien positions can change if there is a subordination agreement- its not always the date.

I am no sure what the situation is as WF said that they did not ask for a subordination agreement, Wach says that they are in first. I spoke with a partner of mine who is a mortgage broker and he told me that it is RECORDING time and date. If one beats the other by a mere minute they are in first. I have a property report that shows that WF recorded before World Savings so maybe they ARE in first. He told me that it helps my cause woith Wachovia by the WF amount which is $50,000. Lets see what happens next. |
