    Debtor Nations

    I think some of the forum members might find the following interesting.

    I'm a little confused by this list. It seems to me some of the best nations are the most indebted. Why isn't this a problem?

      In theory the debtor nations are getting the last laugh, for now. We get all this neat stuff like cars, suvs, LCD HD TV sets, laptops,etc.

      In return we are giving the best creditor nations worthless green pictures of our deceased leaders backed by nothing.

      The worries will start when the creditor nation's citizens realize all this.
      The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of Government

        So when they realize this and stop selling us Laptops & TV maybe someone in this country will say: "Why don't we make our own? DUH"

        Although I doubt that will happen in my lifetime...

          um we could make our own tv's but it will cost 3 times as much and 1/2 as reliable.
