FICO scores & car loans

has anyone seen their fico scores go up after paying a car note on time for 9 months? if so what type of change did you see?

My scores have jumped over 100 points.

Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007
