    Help-chapter 7 - Buyer Beware

File chapter 7, told I could re-affirm on my home.
SURPRISE - Trustee found "clear title" on doublewide home that had never been recorded by the Title Co 7 years ago. Bank has lien on land only.
NOW I'M LOOSING MY HOME..............Trustee is going to sell it.
They say I can't back out of bankruptcy, can only go to Chapter 13 now, in which the payments may be too high - so loose anyways.
NO ONE KNEW ABOUT THE 'CLERICAL ERROR". - trustee found it.
NOW I feel that I am being "screwed" by my lawyer, the bank, the title company, the trustee and will soon be screwed by the bankruptcy court also..

Doublewide and land were purchased together - 7 years ago.

Would have in NO WAY CLAIMED BANKRUPTCY and took a chance on loosing my home (was told I could re-affirm).

NOW I'M LOOSING 40 YEARS OF MY LIFE - DOWNPAYMENTS - AND 7 YEARS OF PAYMENTS ON MY HOME.....

ALL BECAUSE OF A "CLERICAL ERROR" 7 YEARS AGO.......

    ANY SUGGESTIONS - FOLKS????????????????? HELP.......................

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

I would think you could back out of a bankruptcy, especially if you haven't had the hearing yet.
.. Go see a different lawyer!! TODAY! (or at least CALL one!

    And good luck.
