scenario right now running the numbers he WAY qualifies for ch.7, planning on filing beg. Nov. I have had 2 great job interviews this week, if i plug in those salaries,( 1200-1500/mo) we do not qualify for 7, but i would have only been working for 2 months, so the 6 month average still way qualifies us. Will the court come back and say we have to file 13 during the process???

During the 341 meeting the Trustee usually asks if there has been any change. Having a good paying job is a change he'll be interested in, but lawyers in your area would better know how it would go for you.
