How long after 13 discharge can a case be picked for audit?

I've been reading how some folks are being audited. I have been discharged this month. (Still waiting on my papers!)

Anyway, I am curious. While I intend to keep my nose clean, I'd like to know when I can breathe easier.

I was under the impression that in a chapter 13 once you are done, you are done. Discharged and closing takes place at the same time because the audit was done before the discharge paperwork was issued. But I am not discharged yet so could be wrong . . .

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that audits are conducted on new law cases only, not old law.
