I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections

Welcome to 1999. I haven't been on a forum since about '97 or '98 that was worth posting on that didn't have a registration system. Most forums that do not require registrations are typically low-traffic, yet heavily spammed wastes of time.
      Filed: 7/31/08
      341: 9/19/08
      Report of no distribution 10/23/08
      DISCHARGED: 11/19/08 (Day 60)

Plus, I've been on sites that didn't require registration and you'd have one heck of a troll infestation. The same person posting under a dozren different names in the same thread just to stir things up.
