Question Need payment amount from secured creditor...they aren't being helpful

I have a 2nd mortgage which I am planning on keeping. However, I need to pay my bill for September. Normally, I would have recieved a payment slip by now and I understand that I probably didn't get one this month due to the pending BK. The problem is that with this account, it fluctuates as much as $10-$20 per month. When I call them, they act like I am trying to corner them into saying something they shouldn't because of the stay. I just want to know what I owe this month. Any ideas on what to do?

Their online site used to work for me, but now simply states that my info is not available and to contact them.

Did you try checking your credit report?

Take the highest expected payment and send it.

          Or

See if your lawyer can contact them and get the payment amount. Whoever is answering the phone probably is scared at the company and not necessarily well trained, they can't contact you but you can contact them

            Agree with JR Scott.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
