Am I on the home stretch?

Hi all. Things are going well in BK land for me and my family, as well as can be expected anyway. I have a question about the Chp 7 process so I thought I would look here for an answer......

We filed at the begining of July, 341 was at the end of July, there were no objections filed or attorneys present at the meeting. The Trustee filed a Report of No Distribution in August with a deadline for for objections at the begining of September. None were filed and that deadline has now past. My question is what can happen in these last 30 days before discharge. Is this a "tie up loose ends" time or can a creditor still file an objection during this time? and what will they object to at this point? We are a no distribution/no asset case fully within the limits of the means test. I don't see anything on PACER that is anything other than procedural. I guess I am just curious, I kind of feel like we can breath and wait for the final "to-do's" before discharge but was wondering if something can still crop up unexpectidly.
    Filed: 7-4-2008
    341: 7-31-2008

Is it me or do we all still seem to be hanging out in the hall at high school? Grow Up!

You're pretty much in the homestretch if he's already filed that report.

      Hey, CountryGirl -

I'm in exactly the same boat, and I've been keeping an eye on your posts, because our dates are so close together. Although I have a homestead, I'm also WAY under the means test. My trustee filed a Report of No Distribution on 7/21, with a deadline for objections of 9/16. You would think that once the deadline for objections has passed, that it's just a waiting game, but I'm trying not to count the proverbial chickens.

I will be celebrating with you when the time comes!
      Filed chapter 7: June 9, 2008
      341 meeting: July 18, 2008
last day for objections: September 16, 2008
      DISCHARGED September 18, 2008 - CLOSED September 29, 2008

I'm not far behind. I had my 341 on 8/4 and the trustee filed the no distribution report and petitioned to be relieved from his duties on 8/5. Deadline for objections is 10/3 and I have completed my post bankruptcy consumer counseling (if you can call it that?) already.
