Hi all. Things are going well in BK land for me and my family, as well as can be expected anyway. I have a question about the Chp 7 process so I thought I would look here for an answer......
We filed at the begining of July, 341 was at the end of July, there were no objections filed or attorneys present at the meeting. The Trustee filed a Report of No Distribution in August with a deadline for for objections at the begining of September. None were filed and that deadline has now past. My question is what can happen in these last 30 days before discharge. Is this a "tie up loose ends" time or can a creditor still file an objection during this time? and what will they object to at this point? We are a no distribution/no asset case fully within the limits of the means test. I don't see anything on PACER that is anything other than procedural. I guess I am just curious, I kind of feel like we can breath and wait for the final "to-do's" before discharge but was wondering if something can still crop up unexpectidly.
