Just got a letter from them (Wells fargo) charge off.
I researched their website and they sound like hard-asses but I am not going to let this scare me.
Their FAQ talks about how debtors " hyperventilate" after they speak to them and how they say that filing BK is the best thing that could happen to the creditor due to tax laws, blah, blah, blah.
They write with glee about wage garnishment when there is a possible promotion involved and the debtor is embarrassed.
They state that they are extremely aggressive. I can't WAIT to speak to them. I assure you that I will not hyperventilate or panic.
Anyone with any experience with these scumbags?
