Refinance

Hi,
Can someone please help? I am seperated and need to refinance the mortgage on the triplex I got (We split the assets). Value is way over the loan,but my debt ratio is not so good. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure you will be able to get much help here regarding a refinance of a tri-plex as this forum is focused mainly on bk's. I can recommend another site that has a pretty good mortgage following: http://www.creditboards.com/forums/
