Our FHA Cash-Out Refi was given the "cleared to close" status today, with closing set for Monday afternoon. I was very worried because it had to go through manual underwriting. But the Loan Officer said it came thorugh very clean. We can now use that to pay off a car loan, so the only debt we will have is the mortgage itself. The rest can go to home improvements, like a new HVAC before the summer arrives.
