Husband is in the nursing home and all his SS and pension are taken to pay. We filed a joint tax return last year. Husband has mild demetia and got upset when I talked to him about filing for bankruptcy so I am going to file as an individual for myself . . .Is he part of my "household" or should I list him as having a seperate residence?
