I had my 341 yesterday. I felt like it went very well. I just checked pacer and found out that the trustee filed an objection to plan confirmation today.
The format of the objection letter is a checklist of pre-determined objections. Of all the objections listed on the checklist, there was only (1) boxed checked. It stated that the objection is that a employer payment order was not filed. To me this is a non-issue as a payment order has been filed and served, with proof of service also filed.
Is it common for the trustee to file more than one objection before confirmation? Since I feel that I should be able to resolve this issue rather easily, I was wondering if I you should expect another objection or two to follow from the trustee. Thanks.
