Anyone have experience with these? I have heard from a very reliable source that there is a very small company here in my area that does this - specifically for those in BK and/or foreclosure. I did a little research into BBB and on our Secretary of State and they seem on the up and up - the owner also has two other real estate related businesses that are also on the up and up as well.

It won't hurt to chat with them and see what they are willing to offer. It may be enough for you to get you what you need on the mortgage and allow you to continue living in your own home.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
