    341 meeting

I am going to my first meeting of the creditors on Thursday, I did my chapter 7 bankruptcy on my own using a document service so I am not represented by a lawyer. I have read all of the information I can get my hands on and still am a bit concerned since I am not represented by a lawyer will difficult questions get asked that I may make mistakes answering.

One of my creditors is defeintly going to show up at that meeting. I had two vehicles through the same lender, one I voluntarily surrendered and the other I have made sure I have kept the payments ontime. I did the court paperwork for reaffirming the debt. Is the lender's attorney showing up to have me sign documents pertaining to the reaffirming debt, or to to try and see if they can force me to pay on the surrendered vehicle.

One last question, my state allows $3,000 exemption per spouse, my assests are valued at $3,500, however I have a motorcycle that is fully paid off and is valued at $2,450. I am a family of six with a car that only seats five. Will the bike be a protected asset in the bankruptcy or can I expect that I will have to turn the bike over to the trustee.

    Thank you
