When i first got out of bk i got a car from j.d.byrider who offers car to people thru their own finaning company c.n.a.c at extremely high interest rates 24.0% i have had that car since nov 2005 i went to the dealership near me and i got a brand new 2006 hyundia sante fee with 16 miles on it at 10% interest but i plan to refinance with my credit union that i just joined as soon as possible. i,m so happy that things are finally looking up.it,s also good to see that things are looking up here for everyone it,s so encouraging.

Yes, there is life after bankruptcy....... buying autos and homes is still possible.....

Now use that "fresh start" wisely.........

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

is it really looking up? I wanted to refinance my car not to long
back, they wanted 3k to refinance, and that would only bring
it down a few $$$, and that was with good credit, I hate to
think what they will do with a BK, but I would like to know.

People have been criticized heavily here about new car purchases. To my thinking a good car is essential You really don't want someone elses problems. It can be expensive and people can lose employment. Congratulations, 10% is NOT bad. Wait and you may see your interest lower than you signed for online. Ford has done that with many of us in this forum. Personally, I'd be happy with 10%, mine was 10.75 in the end, they went down 1.5 from the contract.

I am hoping that Ford Credit come through for us. I applied this afternoon online. My husbands scores are average 640 already. We are in real need of a car because he works out of town all of the time and has to take his car and it leaves me carless most of the time!! Yall I hope that you are in good with God because we need all the righteous prayers we can get with this car situation!!
