new car loan out of bk with current lender?

hi.

i am interested in buying a new xterra 4x4 because i just want one. i work hard and i want a 4x4 to play with and go beach fishing with. anyhow, i can afford the payment of $400 or so a month and the gas and am trying to get a loan with NMAC. I currently own a 2002 xterra 4x4 that goes to the wife in 6 months when it is paid off (divorced and have an agreement) and she is driving it soley. This xterra is financed through nmac since i bought it in 2002 and I have never been late or anthing and it's almost paid off. do you think nmac will approve a loan for me based on the fact that i did reaffirm with them and never was late with the current loan?

thanks...
