Well, it's official, as of August 14, 2007 I'm officially discharge!!!
However, I have a question to all those who have been in my shoes. I need a car, ASAP. I know the credit breaus don't have it yet so it's not being reported but I printed a copy off of Pacer. So I guess my question is how do I get it too all 3 credit breaus to report or do I just have to wait until they update it? I'm giving up the car i have so I know with the discharge I'm looking for them any day. HELP!!! Not sure what to do but I know there's a way. I've been working on my scores for about a month now and they are as follows:
TU - 568
Experian - 554
Equifax - 583
Please tell me what the next step is. Can I just fax them a copy of my discharge? I have Equifax fax # but I don't have the other two. I've googled but come up with nothing. If any of you thread gurus are out there please help me if you can!!

We were dicharged on 3/8/07 and it was reported to the CRA's with in 4 days... your dicharge paper is really all you need to get started... but, i would suggest trying lendingtree.com or eloans.. we used lendingtree and it was fast and easy!! You get 3 or 4 approvals instantly.. just my opinion though.. good luck in your future!!
