I'll bet it was GMAC who financed us when we purchased our new 2006 GM vehicle. We got 0% financing for 4 years through them and at the time we could not believe it. I ibelieve, and from what I have been told, it is because of how we conducted all our payments and bills through our 13 and also that we had a prior GMAC vehicle loans paid off in full in 1999.

It was GMAC we were told it was because we conducted our payments on time until the day we filed for chapter 7 we could have had 0% but chose the options to have 3500 rebate so it was 2.9 %. They were very nice and not once did they mention unless we were in a room with door closed our BK.

I have been out of BK for 5 months getting stuff to fall off my credit report all i have now are 3 cards with good payment history and student loans that are deferred as i am still in school. My fico is looking at 569/529/569 through true credit but my true fico for my equifax is 460 and its 569 from true credit. I am trying to get it up and i cant.

I bought a Saturn Vue 2005 and got a 23% interest rate from Chase. Gmac declined me. I dont know what to do, i can afford my car payment but i want to refi it at least at 17% anyone know where i can get a good refi? Plus not to mention how i hate chase!

What credit cards did you get "iamwhoiam? I am asking because a friend of mine who already filed can not get any. I have not filed yet but will soon and would be good to have the info.

I have an Aspen Card that i kept through bankruptcy, I also have an orchardbank card and a new centenial finance credit card. I cant seem to get any other cards. I am just looking to get one credit card with like a limit of 1000 so i can close the other cards. but eh more work on the credit i guess.
