We made our last payment in May, and each day I anxiously check the mail, hoping to see our discharge letter.
I also had our second child, a little boy in May - busy month!
No ifs ands or buts about it, we need a bigger vehicle. I have a Civic and my husband has a single cab truck. It is a VERY tight squeeze in my car with two kids, but it works. Obviously there is no way my husband can fit both kids in his truck. Our plan is to get something bigger for me to drive and H will take my car. He has further to drive than me, so hopefully that will save a bit on gas.
Right now I feel like a sitting duck. I'm still on maternity leave, but go back the beginning of August. We will definitley have to have a bigger vehicle when I'm back to work.
If you were approved for a car loan after a 13, how many months out of the plan were you? We were in a 36 month plan.
I am interested in the Capital One loan, as many people seem to have good luck with them. I just wonder what our chances of being approved are right after a Ch.13 discharge.
