    Good Car Manufacturers

Hello. I am filing or Chapter 7, and am reaffirming the lease on my Toyota Corolla, which ends in February. I have emailed many car dealerships in the area, and one of them (which is a Chevrolet / Mazda dealership, good for me because Ford or GM may be able to finance me) and said that my bankruptcy should not be a problem. I know of a Hyundai delaership in the area that said on their website "Bad Credit is not a problem". I know this has been talked about before, but does anybody know of any good car manufacturers that work with people after bankruptcy? I am in Massachusetts.

Also, I posted this on another thread, but since nobody responded, I will ask again. Since I am reaffirming my lease with Toyota (and have always and will make my payments on time), will these payments be reported to the credit agencies? If not, can I call Toyota and request that they do? Thank you for your help, I have already read great information on this site.

Usually with reaffirmation, your payments will begin to be reported after your discharge.

With respect to which dealerships/manufacturers that offer a "Fresh Start Financing Plan", you've already gone ahead and taken the first steps of finding out which one's can, so I would say to stick with that. You'll find the right dealership to work with......one you feel comfortable with and you feel won't take advantage of your situation.
