Has anyone ever heard of this? I stumbled on it and read through it and it says its for cops, teachers, healthcare workers...blah blah but that it is not credit score driven, no/low down payment kind of thing. Updated as of today. Has anyone heard of this before? I actually found it on the freddie mac website.
