Question about dual accounts
Well folks,
Now i've got one.
I wrote off Sams Club and was discharged 5/04. They reported the DLA as 12/03, the date they were notified of my BK. That is the correct way the Account should show.
Now I look on my Experian report and see a second Sams Club Account, different account number, same balance but reported as of 4/05. So now i have two Sams Club Accounts showing as included in BK. Has anyone else had this happen.
I have disputed this issue on more than one occasion and actually got rather impolite with the Experian Rep. who told me that i had to contact the Company. They are about to get a registered letter demanding full documentation as to why they allowed this.
