What I am wondering is there anywhere I can look as to how a BK (chapter 13) is supposed to be showing on your credit report.
Some read: "paid or paying as agreed Chap.13 wage earner plan account"
Another reads: "unrated or bankruptcy closed" and this is on some acccounts that have been paid for years before the BK.
Our mortagage: never late or missed any payment is being paid outside the BK is listed as :
account involved in ch 13 debt ADJ real estate mortgage" what is that all about? listed on equifax
Debt included in or discharged through BK chapter 13? thats on experian for our mortgage.
another one: collection account chap. 13 wage earner plan account?
another one: charged off as bad debt chap. 13 wage eaner plan account?
Is this the way a chapter 13 is supposed to be listed on your credit report? Ae they allowed to write this on items that where paid in full years prior to the BK? I am so confused. Please help
