Just wanted to share a very pleasant experience I had with Experian today. This morning, I reviewed my CR online and found about eight errors--mostly accounts included in my BK that were not designated as such (IIB). Did the online "investigation" thing (which could not have been more user-friendly), took a nap, and when I checked my email a few hours later, guess what? An email from Experian with the subject heading "Investigation Results." I thought, for a moment, well they're just acknowledging receipt of my inquiries, and so the heading was somewhat misleading.
WRONG! Contained in the email were the RESULTS of their investigation, with a link to the report and details. Every error was corrected and my CR updated appropriately. I was, to say the least, VERY
pleasantly surprised. I still can't believe it. My CR with them is now perfect.
We'll see how long TU and Equifax take. Did them yesterday.
