    Refi At Last!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes folks it is happening @ 6%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Details later. Now I can pull out some equity, make repairs, upgrades and thanks to our exploding house prices in South Florida still have almost $45000.00 in equity. We paid 86,000.00 for our TH in 2001 (we did alot of work on it then), the last one in here sold without being listed for 209,000.00.

This is the real thing, the Mortgage broker is the same fellow i dealt with on my first and second homes from 86' and 95'. He does alot of the Mortgage brokering for my co-workers also. He called last nite, had already pulled my reports afew weeks ago but was waiting for one year from discharge. They are coming to do my appraisal next week.

I owe less than 8000 on my Truck (16000.00 when the BK started) and will not be paying it off with proceeds as that was a 2.3% loan. Our descent into bad credit took less than one year.

The only twist is the the 6% is adjustable after 3 years. 1/2 point per six months. I will have to refinance again at that point. That should not be a problem,
