BoA Secured Card

I'm looking at secured cards from Bank of America. Does anyone happen to know if this reports as secured or unsecured? (Two calls to them received two different answers).

How important is it that a secured card actually report as unsecured?

it reports as secured!! And they dont approve you if you have a BK they just closed my card and it was secured!

They don't approve you if you are IN BK or have HAD but are not discharged from a bk?

They must approve with a prior bk, only question is how long after do you need to wait..........do you know?

I applied 9 mos after discharge, and was told they don't consider anyone with a bk on their credit report. "Maybe later" Me: "How long are you suggesting?" Them: "Maybe 5 years..."
