Okay, I just sent out my online dispute to equifax for 8 of my accounts. For some reason they are showing balances and stating that they are in a wage earner plan. So, anyways, I know that everyone says to send a certified letter and I was going to do that. First I wanted to see if the online dispute would do anything.
Part of the reason I am posting this is just to reference the date that I actually sent the dispute. That way I can keep better track of how long it has been. I'll update here and let everyone know what exactly was done/said with the online stuff and when. (timeframe and stuff). The face that I'm moving soon also made me want to get the disputes to them as quickly as possible.
So wish me luck and hopefully I won't have to get everything certified with a return receipt. I don't want to have to fight them tooth and nail, but hey - I'm a SAHM so I have plenty of time in my day to sit and combat them. lol
