    Do I dispute??

I'm confused. In one of my credit files it says that I had a bankruptcy May 1, 2004. Still, I have in another credit file a whole bunch of lates for june, july, and august of that year.

So, do we dispute from the discharge date? From when I retained an attorney? I just don't know. Crap.... Since it was a Chapter 13, does that make a difference (even tho I made payment thru the trustee?) I just had to buy that report from experien, didn't I...... now I'm stewing in my emotional toilet bowl over this. I really don't want to deal with all this. I freak over money and stuff too much already. Has anyone had any success with Lexington Law?? I'm seriously thinking about hiring them.

If you can't deal with it then your best to let a company do it for you.

I've personally used Lexington Law Firm 2 times. They do the job but they expect you to take at least 9 months for the best results. They are $99.00 set up fee and $39.00 each month.
