My chapter 7 discharge date is 12-17 so about two weeks ago i pulled my credit to start the clean up.I copied all papers i needed and made a statement to transunion and sent it certified mail to them today I get home to a letter from them saying That at this time I would need to start my investigation process after 1-3-08 due to the upcoming closures of business for the holidays. Anyone understand this? so I called the number they give me on the letter and it is outsourced to some country I couldn't understand what they were saying finally i understood that my disputes needed to be sent in after 1-3-08 and then they would fully investigate them.
