I have a question concerning this too. I started to clean up my credit report (got two items deleted). I have a judgment and I have noticed that on all three of the reports, the case number is wrong and so is the date.
My question is, if I dispute it, will it be deleted because of the wrong date and case number?

The first thing to do is dispute it saying it isn't yours. I wouldn't be providing any other information on an initial dispute. Why do the leg work for them. If they can't verify they have to remove. I just had one removed for simply saying it wasn't mine. If it's old and they cannot find the party involved it will probably come off. Never do the leg work for these jokers.
My cc score went up 7 points just by having those two deleted from my credit report. I also was successful at getting that judgment off. So I am hoping it will increase again.
I disputed those accounts with Experian. I'm in the process of disputing with the other two. A question that I have is since these accounts were deleted, will I have a better chance of having them deleted from Equifax & TransUnion?
