    Auto loan companys for bankruptcy...

There are a lot of companies that advertise on the Internet about being able to help you get a auto loan after bankruptcy. Has anyone had any experience with them? The main one I'm looking at is The Ace Group.

    Thanks in advance,

    Betty

How badly do you need a car loan right now?

Generally, the deals offered are horrible deals and should be avoided if possible.

      Concerning my other options...

I currently have a paid for truck that takes a ton of gas. It also has a lot of miles on it and is starting to have problems. I'm looking into selling the truck and just buying a used car with the cash. I would love a new car, but do not want to be paying a huge interest rate. I do realize that my interest rate will be double digits, but I did not want one over 20%. I have a 100 mile commute daily and would need a used car with low mileage. I'm just worried that I may not be able to find one for the cash that I will have on hand.

      Thanks,

      Betty

Probably the better course of action is to get a used, more fuel efficient car.
