Will the 3 credit agencies please play together

Ok, so I did jump on MyFico.Com and pulled the 3 major credit reports. Six months out of CH7 and I hover around 640 so I assume getting a $250 or $500 credit card might move the scores up. Odd that they are not going through the roof because I did keep my house, car and wife's car and payments have been ontime.

Nonetheless what I don't get is this. Say example is Beneficial. One company who has three different ratings. One report says I am CH7 free n clear. The other report says the debt has been written off and ofcourse the last report says that the acct is in collection August 2008 (even though the other two say it is closed or discharged). What gives?

Does Beneficial submit the same stuff to all three reporting agencies? Or does Beneficial have someone who submits to TU, another person to Equifax and the third to Experian?
No wonder why our credit scores are all messed up.

Your reports are supposed to say iib and a zero balance. The history of your payments prior to the filing is ok, but there is to be no history after the filing (except for items you have reaffirmed).

Your reports are not to say 'charge off' - because the BK takes precedence.
One of the CRB's just lost a recent law suit (think it was TU) and had to go back and change all the reporting on the CR's. You can google to find the case.

All 3 CRB's tend to screw up the reports and will not correct without your being diligent and persistant.

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

      What is iib?
And looking at MyFico TU report I see nothing that says iib. Would that be the status? All it says in the status column is "Unrated" or for the ones that show $0 it says "Paid or paying as agreed".
Would something small like that mess with my numbers?

IIB is Included In Bankruptcy. All of your debts which were included with your filing should read this way on your credit reports.
