todd is absolutely correct. Give about three to four mos and check your credit. Make sure that report dates line up with the date that you filed or weree discharged. Creditors tend not to report your discharge correctly as far as dates and tend to say the debt was written off. You may have to furnish proof of discharge to the CRA's."You once asked me for advice.
