Will this help my credit score go up?

Hi!

My Ch7 was discharged on 1-29-09. I opened :
-furniture credit account on 1-30-09,
-car loan on 2-12-09 and
-still have my studen loan.

Will this be enough to start rebuilding my credit? Because I really don't want to go back down that road again as far as with my credit.
