New posts to CR after BK

Yes, the accounts are real and they had them since 2004 - its just that the collector has just posted them for the first time (3 months after discharge) as an active collection account. I know I can get thier status changed to "included in BK" but, as I already have the original debtor on my CR stating that the debt was included in BK - isin't it a double whammy? Is that alowed? Can I do anything about it?
Thanks!

I had 2 small accounts that had gone to collection agencies. My lawyer told me that i had to list both the original creditors and the collection agencies, hence my question as whether or not they were reported.
A double whammy? Probably, but I don't think it makes much if any difference how many accts. are included and listed as "included in BK". You certainly don't want that listed as "current".
My understanding before this was that the original creditor lost all interest when they sold it to a collection agency. However, as I was filing, I had out-patient surgery and paid the $100 co-pay. I owed the surgi-center $100 which had gone to collection. I didn't find out until this week that they used that co-pay to apply against my old bill of $100 that had been sent to the CA. i had included that in my BK. Now that I can prob' dispute later that it was paid and not included in the BK. But, i don't think that there's a way to get around the "double whammy" as you put it, on the other one.
Best wishes.
