    Orchard Bank

I thought I'd take a chance and apply on their website even though I'm not even 30days out of my 341 meeting.

I applied and they suggested that I qualified for their Platinum card but with a $49 annual fee. I'll wait to see how much the credit line is first to decide if I should keep it or not. Gotta start somewhere right? I'm used to the 8% APR no anual fees before my CH7, oh well, I'm just suprised I got it

If your 341 occurred only 30 days ago, you're not discharged yet and so applying for and/or obtaining new credit is a HUGE no-no.

You've got to get your discharge *first* before you can start applying for new credit. If you end up getting approved you better contact your attorney to let him know that you applied for and obtained a new CC.
