when do you challenge credit card bad info


I have a chase visa on my credit report that still shows full amount due and does not show included in bankruptcy. This card also shows 60 days past due. I was not past due when I filed for bankruptcy. I am still awaiting discharhge and my final day for objections is dec 6th. Should i challenge now or wait until its all over? All my other cards state charged off included in bankruptcy.

Wait till after discharge. The pull a credit report and check all entries.
Then send certified letters to all companies that have reported incorrectly. Give them 30 days to correct their errors, then notify them again that they are not in "compliance" with the laws.

May take you a few month, but soon you will see all of them get recorded correctly.
