    Some banks are okey dokey

I moved to Indiana from Illinois after my bankruptcy was discharged. Still had a checking account in Illinois but my child support is a check and that made budgeting somewhat difficult since that translates into over 600 dollars per month. Filled out an application online for a local bank and was turned down for an entry in chexsystems that should have been done away with by my bankruptcy. I called the bank where I applied, explained to them that the particular bank in question was on my matrix and the debt discharged when my BK was discharged and they are opening an account for me tomorrow regardless of chexsystems and their crapola. Simple fact is, that entry should never have been there to begin with and the bank was at fault but refused to take out the entry. In any case, I have an appointment with the branch manager tomorrow morning to open an interest bearing checking account and I can thumb my nose at chex systems. The bank, FYI is Centier Bank. They are located throughout Indiana, but have online banking as well.

Just FYI to any who have trouble with chexsystems. I only have to provide them with my matrix and discharge and voila -- less a loser than I was before.
