Experian changing status of account

Hi

I had a "applied card" which I filed BK on. In march I disputed with Experian that "applied card" is not reporting it properly, it should be reported as "discharged in BK" than "Petition for BK". Well they checked with "applied card" and changed the status to "discharged in BK"; however, today I saw in my Experian report that applied card is reporting again as "Petition for BK"....What should I do dispute it again with Experian....and how long should I keep doing this...I'm getting so frustrated with Experian.

I have no words of wisdom, but understand you issues with Experian...

They have marked lates all the way through my bankrupcty and cant seem to get them to fix it...

I hate Experian right now too...

Transunion and Equifax are both above 650 credit score, but my experian is 540 and can't get them to budge!!

Class action anyone?

Put your complaint to Experien in writing. Give them 30 days to fix it, and then demand they take it off the credit report. I believe they are obligated by law to take anything off the report 30 days after they receive written notification. If they won't after the 30 days, then file a complaint against them. You'll need to look where to file that complaint to, but shouldn't be too hard to find.
