Hi, our bk was just recently discharged this month. Im working on fixing my CR. All of my CR now show Discharged and give a ref number. Can creditors show your accounts as Derogatory? and also lated (30days etc) Ive noticed alot of them on mostly Experian and Equifast. I am planning on writing to all of them showing are bk was discharged. What should are account say? I thought they could only show discharged in bakrupcy. thank you all.
