I am in the middle of a Chapter 13 and in the process of cleaning up my credit reports.
I know some of the Sticky Threads have not been touched in a awhile so I have a couple of questions:
1) Are the sample dispute letters still valid, or are there newer letters based on the new laws?
2) Can you dispute all items in one letter for each Credit Reporting Agency, or do you need to send ONE letter for EACH individual dispute?
3) I know how Collection Accounts should be listed, but how should JUDGEMENTS be listed? With a $0 balance? Or can they say "included in CHapter 13" ?
