Wescom secured card

Hi

Anyone know about the Wescom (credit union) secured card? I would like to know if it's easy to get approved, and if they report as secured or unsecured? My BK 7 was discharged on Jan 31, 2006.

I recently was in a branch inquiring about the card. Like other banks i was told that you have to be approved!!! I just don’t get it. I did how ever sign up for a "share loan". Its a secured line of credit through a savings account. its guaranteed. They report to all bureaus.
