    Is it...

...absolutely necessary to send a copy of your credit report in with your dispute letters? Shouldn't the CRA's pull the report upon receiving the dispute letter? My problem is that I have a tri-merged report which is 50 pages long. I can't keep making copies of the whole thing for each dispute letter. Any suggestions?

Here's my thought on this, and you can take it at will.

Your credit report is just that, YOURS. If you know what is on it, regardless of HOW you get that information, and you find something wrong, you have every right to dispute thatinformation, WITHOUT having to provide that information to the CRA's. They are horrible dishonest organizations, and since they can't even do their jobs right, I say all is fair in love and war with these things.

Do NOT ever send your BK papers to them, and do not EVER send a copy of your credit report. Dispute what you think should be off there, and send the letters in.

If they can't verify that information, they HAVE to remove it by law....
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!
