cleaning up report
Well i recieved a report from experian for some items that i disputed on my credit report it was about 6 items 2 of them were deleted and the rest were updated or remains but my question is this i had some loans thru my old credit union and they have listed them on my credit report (4 listings ) they were included in my bankruptcy and the credit bureaus have them listed as charged off i requested to have them removed but they said that they will remain . i spoke with a attorney who said its easier to get a charge off remove then IIB so i have not requested for the cb,s to fix it what should i do because it seems it,s not working they way the attorney suggested.

One of mine is listed that way also. As long as it says 'included in bankruptcy' and shows a zer0 balance, that might be all you can do. -
