Received Ch 13 discharge Pd in full 100% on 4/10/2006
Husband co-signed for car for son/ car was reposessed 6/2000
We included this in our Ch 13. FMCC did not file claim.
We disputed FMCC on CR and it came back verified on 5/16/2006
What is my next step?
I have been reading here and there is alot of helpful info.

Hi Kmh843

You can contact FMCC and or if you like to, some people don't like this idea, you can send a copy of the schedule F to the CRA. Only send the page that has the FMCC account on it, if there are other accounts that you don't want the CRA to know about then you can white out those out.

This is what I did, in one f my schedule F page I had Providian, Cross Country and bunch of other account that I filed BK-7 on, I made a copy of that page white out all the others, just the name and the address, and only showed Providian and Cross country and photocopied that whiteout page again and send it to CRA's. This process is faster way to get the CRA's to report BK on the accouint. The other methods would be to keep disputing and then take them to court.

I was wondering at what point can you request deletion instead of correction when disputes come back verified?
