Sample Dispute Letter to have Chargeoffs Removed once discharged.

Does anyone have a dispute letter to have chargeoffs removed that worked for them. I've disputed with many variances of letters and the CRA's seem to just not get it. Maybe I'm not stating my requests correctly. These are accounts that were paid on time till the day I filed. I'm bout at me end yall, I know it takes time but this is simply ridiculous. Any information provided will be GREATLY appreciated.
