Sorry! Our 'newest' furniture came from my inlaws about 4 years ago when THEY got new furniture!

Yes, I got an account through Badcock and More a few months after my BK was discharged. But that was only because I had an account through them which was paid years before I filed for BK. If you are badly in need of furniture, you have a couple options. You could certainly try for an account at a furniture store, but if that doesn't work you can save for a few months and then look in your local paper. People are always selling furniture in great condition for cheap. I know it wouldn't be brand new, but hey, you can only do what you are able to do. The next option is to go to one of those rent to own places. You can get brand new furniture, but by the time you pay it off, you will have paid almost twice what the furniture was worth to begin with. Sometimes, after BK, we have to do things we wouldn't normally do if we had great credit.

        Good luck!
