    Does anyone here....

...have a good letter they have used after a credit reporting agency has asked you to provide them with information in reference to your dispute? This has happened to me a couple times and I'm looking for an effective way to tell them it is their responsibility by law to do the investigating. Anyone have a letter that has worked for them?

Check out the forms and letters section of this forum.... section 3..... and see if there is something there that can help you....

I did, Minny, but there wasn't anything pertaining to my situation. Thanks for your response, though!

Let me do a little research, there was a member that posted a letter he used telling the credit bureau that it was their responsiblity to research the account...... he even quoted the law to them.....
